Biographies

WILLIAM D. MCDOWALL, JR., B.S., M.B.A., J.D.– Bachelor of Arts from UNC-Charlotte; M..B.A. from Western Carolina University and a graduate of Campbell University School of Law. In addition, Mr. McDowall holds both a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor’s license with the State of North Carolina. Mr. McDowall practices in both state and federal courts in the areas of criminal and civil litigation.

RHONDA K. MOOREFIELD, B.S., J.D.– Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. Ms. Moorefield practices both criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts with a concentration in personal injury and family law cases. She is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Ms. Moorefield is a Certified Mediator in the Family Financial Settlement Program through the State of North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
