Biographies

WILLIAM D. MCDOWALL, JR., B.S., M.B.A., J.D., T.V.–Bachelor of Arts from UNC-Charlotte; M..B.A. from Western Carolina University and a graduate of Campbell University School of Law. In addition, Mr. McDowall holds both a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor’s license with the State of North Carolina. Mr. McDowall practices in both state and federal courts in the areas of criminal and civil litigation.

RHONDA K. MOOREFIELD, B.S., J.D.– Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. Ms. Moorefield practices both criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts with a concentration in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. She is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice.

PETER L. RODA, B.S., J.D.–Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a graduate of Duke University School of Law. Mr. Roda also served as a District Court Judge in Buncombe County for almost 27 years and is a Certified Family Court Mediator. Mr. Roda practices primarily in state court in the area of family law, with a concentration in Equitable Distribution.
